I have always felt the pull of what lives beneath the surface of things. From a young age I was drawn to the questions most people learn to set aside. What is really happening here? What is this life asking of me? I did not have answers then. I am not sure I have them now. But I have spent over two decades learning how to go looking.
In 2003 I began to wake up to something deeper in myself. In 2011 something shifted. My exposure to Reiki and the teachings of sacred traditions opened doors I did not know existed. I began training in healing, ceremony and conscious awareness. In time I received initiations rooted in the traditions of South Africa and South America. I trained to Master and Teacher level in Reiki, among many other energetic practices, each one deepening my understanding of the unseen forces that shape our inner lives. That is what I now support others to find.
I work with people who are ready for real inner work. Not the kind that makes you feel good for a weekend and fades by Tuesday. The kind that asks something of you. The kind that changes how you see yourself, how you move through the world, and what you choose to carry forward.
