Rian Sprigh offers spiritual guidance, energy healing, numerology readings, soul work sessions, courses, trainings and related products. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms for specific services will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or digital products once accessed. Refund requests for physical products will be considered on a case by case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, course materials, training content and the Elemental Dragon Rites modality is the intellectual property of Rian Sprigh and Sprigh for Personal Sport Coaching Services. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Every item in the Sacred Tools collection is handled with care before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will make it right. Please read the following carefully so you know exactly where you stand.

Physical Products — Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at rian@riansprigh.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at rian@riansprigh.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Essential oils and liquid aromatics that have been opened
• Items that show signs of use or have been worn
• Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
• Digital products and services

Services & Sessions

Healing sessions, numerology readings, soul journeys and training courses are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule a booked session, please give at least 48 hours notice by emailing rian@riansprigh.com. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.

UAE Consumer Protection

This policy is governed by the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable UAE law.
